Requirements:

  • Products sold by Logiscenter have an official warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product.

  • COVERAGE: The warranty covers any manufacturing defects which give rise to faults in the product.

  • RIGHTS: The warranty gives the manufacturers the right the repair the equipment without any cost to the customer.

  • DURATION: Depending on the kind of product and on the manufacturer. List of warranty by manufacture

Process:

  1. Complete the below form.

  2. Once the data have been received we will send you an e-mail with instructions to follow: the return authorization number (RMA)and the address to send it. The RMA is OBLIGATORY to return the material.

  3. Send the package with the RMA by the most convenient form of transport. Transport costs must be paid by you.
