The Gryphon GBT4500-HC is a reader specially designed for the healthcare sector which scans 1D, 2D barcodes and optionally also Digimarc at a fast speed and with white, eye-friendly backlighting. This type of lighting is best for reading low contrast colored barcodes. The Gryphon has a very high depth of field, which also captures poorly read or damaged barcodes in a short time. Thanks to the Datalogic Motionix motion sensors, it automatically switches during scanning between the scan mode currently required in hand mode or in the holder.
